You are probably wondering how to make an avatar!
Well this is how you can!

First, go to your profile at the top below the banner
Then when you get to your profile click the tab avatar
then, get a non-personal pic that means a pic like mine or one from iconator
save the pic
Then hit browse and get your pic! simple as that
